Bubble tea, tea houses, Asian bakeries and dessert shops in this group are usually walk-in, counter-order businesses with a menu board overhead listing sweetness and ice levels you can adjust when ordering. Standard bubble tea customization includes sugar level (0-100%), ice level, and a choice of toppings like boba pearls, pudding or jelly, usually at a small extra charge. Asian bakeries sell items individually with tongs and a tray, cafeteria-style, rather than pre-boxed, and pastries are typically less sweet than Western bakery items. Lines build up quickly after school and in the evening, especially near colleges. Most of these businesses accept cards and mobile pay and skew younger in clientele and atmosphere.

Sacramento is in California, on the West Coast, where the climate ranges from foggy coast to hot inland valleys, wildfire season can affect air quality in late summer, and traffic is the main thing to plan around. Getting around Sacramento is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across California's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

The past two times I’ve come to the bakery, I’ve noticed that the pastries have been extremely hard. When I bite into them, I’ve also found black specks inside the pastries. I hope this issue gets addressed because I genuinely love coming here and have always enjoyed your baked goods. I’m sharing this in the hope that the quality returns to what I’ve come to expect.

I used to like this place because the pastries are actually good, and I was told the prices were very cheap — around $1 per bun. The first time I came, that was true. The second time, the price was already higher. But the third time, I paid $8 for 4 buns — the exact same ones. That’s $2 each. What really bothered me is that right after that, I sent my employee to buy the same buns, and he paid only $4 total — $1 each, just like in the beginning. So what’s going on with the pricing here? Why does it change depending on the person or the visit? There’s no consistency at all. This kind of pricing makes the business feel unreliable and unfair. Customers should know what they’re paying upfront, not get different prices for the same product every time they come in. Because of this, I can’t trust this place anymore. I won’t be coming back.

Bakery food is decent not a whole a huge variety, but they do have different kinds of product cakes, bakery, sweet breads candy. Customer service is not really friendly. No hi how are you? No thank you.

I found this place while exploring the neighborhood, and the vibe felt relaxed and genuine. The pastry was warm and fresh, and you can tell they take baking seriously. I regretted not buying an extra one. the lighting made it feel warm instead of sterile. it smelled amazing the moment I walked in. I’d come back the next time I’m in the area, no question.
